We said a fond farewell to our Onshore recruitment division at the end of June and are now looking to the future with a Marine industry focus.

Group Recruitment Director, Iona Currie, said: “Closing down a division is never an easy decision. However, what this does allow Genesis to do is focus on delivering recruitment support to the Marine sector. With our key clients already in place with long term contracts I see nothing but success and growth.”

Genesis Personnel’s Marine Recruitment team is headed up by Susan Duguid, who joined Genesis following a long career delivering both Crewing Management and running her own Marine recruitment agency. Since joining Genesis, Susan has progressed to Marine Team Lead, where she personally assists Cal Mac and Atlantic Towing with crew, whilst overseeing the broader marine team.
