Get in touch
The first step is to let us know you are looking, by simply getting in touch. Ideally send us a copy of your CV or if you need help in updating or writing a CV, give our team a call so we can start the process.

Register and meet with us
As part of our registration process one of our expert consultants will spend time with you, getting to know you, your unique set of skills and your ideal role. We can discuss any potential roles that have caught your eye and advise you of opportunities you may not have thought of or be aware of.

Represent you
When we’ve identified a job you are keen to apply for, your consultant will ensure you are represented brilliantly to the client. This process includes: ensuring your CV has been tailored for the position, highlighting exactly what that client needs to see for that post, and submitting your CV along with supporting consultant’s comments explaining why we think you are suited for the role.

Interview support
Once you’ve been shortlisted for interview, your consultant will coordinate your interview and send you everything you need to prepare. Your consultant will be happy to spend time with you preparing for the interview if you feel you need a little more support.

Offer and placement
Once you have been identified as the preferred candidate following your interview, we will take care of all the formalities and support you as you prepare to take the next step in your career.
