Our client, an international oil service organisation has an opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join their Peterhead team on a permanent basis.
The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the payroll and any queries that may arise. This position will supervise payroll whilst also providing support and cover when the payroll clerk is out of the office.

·Oversee payroll ensuring processed in a timely manner and with precision in line with company procedures
·Continuous review and development of systems and procedures to ensure these are effective and being adhered to
·Coordinating workflow and supervising workload
·Compliance with statutory and other regulatory regulations
·Ensure payroll records are up to date by reviewing and entering modifications
·Implement quality control measures
·Provide backup cover for holidays
·Supervise payroll staff
·Co-ordinate with HR department to ensure accurate flow of information
·Oversee monthly pension reporting
·Assists in maintaining the payroll software systems and generating required reports
·Prepares detailed and summary reports to meet department needs
·Carry out monthly internal Payroll Audits
·Involved in the integration of new ERP System to Payroll
·No formal qualification is required as full training will be provided
·Previous experience in a payroll environment
·Previous experience working to and meeting tight deadlines is essential
