Our client based in Peterhead is looking for an Executive/Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide a combination of secretarial, administrative and finance support which will include the following:
·Provide a prompt and courteous service to those contacting the company - as visitors to the office, by telephone or email
·Display excellent written skills in typing and proof reading reports, emails, letters, minutes and other documents
·Taking minutes at meetings
·Carry out general administration within the department including recording and distributing mail, copying/scanning and archiving documents, organising travel and accommodation, maintaining document filing system and archives
·Ordering and checking printed material such as PO books, business cards etc
·Maintaining contact mailing lists and issuing mail shots
·Ordering office supplies and procurement of stationery / printer ink / cleaning materials / refreshments
·Collating requirements and ordering staff uniforms annually
·Issuing fobs for door entry system
·Vehicles - tracking insurance / MOT / road tax requirements
·Utilities - deal with brokers for electricity, gas and meter reading renewals
·Accounting support as required
This role requires someone with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with an accurate and meticulous attention to detail.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 0930 - 1430
