Our client, an oil service organisation, has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join their Peterhead team on a permanent basis. The position can be a hybrid role with 3 days at home each week and 2 days in the office.
 
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the post holder will provide administrative support to the Commercial function of the business, encompassing the co-ordination and creation of ITT, RFQ, RFI responses, administration of both internal and external database systems and portals and assisting with marketing activities.

Ideal candidate would have relevant experience, a self-starter, who is focused, disciplined with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Positive interpersonal skills, a team player who can build relations and exert influence within the wider team. Willingness to learn and embrace the development of the role, taking on enhanced responsibilities as the business evolves.
 
 
Key Responsibilities Include:
 
·Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture.
·Assist in the preparation and submission of ITT, RFQ, RFI responses.
·Co-ordination of all ITT, RFQ, RFI and assist in the completion of compliance / corporate governance documentation.
·Document creation, population, and compilation. Consolidating and editing content from contributors into the required format.
·Develop and maintain a central 'knowledgebase' of material that can be used during future bids.
·Administration of CRM database including ITT, RFQ, RFI register.
·Administration of Fpal, Achilles, SeQual and similar registrations, updating company information as appropriate.
·Administration of client portals such as Ariba, updating company information as appropriate.
·Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as technical sales literature, case studies, data sheets and presentations.
·Administration of general online marketing such as Linkedin etc. and maintaining an online marketing presence.
·Assist with marketing activities and events.
 
Required Skills and knowledge:
 
·Excellent written and oral communication skills
·Highly organised, ability to work to deadlines in a methodical, organised, and systematic manner with attention to detail
·Resilience and adaptability with ability to work as part of a team but also under own initiative
·Commercial acumen with creative and problem-solving skills
·IT Skills - accomplished in computer use and operating systems including use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and InDesign.
·Full and current driving licence
