Parts & Service Manager
Due to organisational growth, our well established client in Fraserburgh are looking for a Parts & Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Are you good with people and have a can do attitude? As the focal point for operational service and parts delivery, you will maintain strong customer relationships and improve services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Job Requirements as Part and Service Manager:
·Ensure maximum levels of profitability and efficiency are achieved
·Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved within Parts and Service Team
·Be influential in promoting all products, vehicle parts and associated equipment
·Ensure high standards of excellence are achieved within the team
·Monitor delivery times to ensure a service that consistently delivers on agreed KPI'S
·Drive continual improvement throughout working practices and communication with various departments
·Create (where necessary) processes and procedures for the Parts & Service Team and ensure these are keep up to date and adhered to at all times.

Parts & Service Manager essential experience:
·Should have knowledge of digital systems - it would be advantageous to have experience of ecommerce and bar-coding
·Experience in a Customer Services environment
·Relevant experience in automotive or manufacturing industries
·Previous experience in a high-volume customer demanding role
