Our client, a high profile engineering organisation in the North of Aberdeenshire has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join their busy and growing organisation.
This post is ideal for an HR Assistant or HR Administrator eager to take the next step in their career. Whilst a CIPD qualification would be advantageous for this post, what is most important is experience in an HR support role and an eagerness to develop.
This hands on role will see the post holder support the HR team with:
·All aspects of recruitment and on boarding, from liaising with agencies and coordinating interviews, to issuing new starter paperwork.
·HR Administration and filing
·Booking and coordinating training
·Supporting and coordinating apprentices and paperwork
·Gathering and preparing HR information required for payroll
·Paperwork and supporting the entire employee lifecycle to include processing any leavers.
