Project Sales Co-ordinator
Our highly reputable client based in Aberdeen is looking for a Project Sales Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for processing customer enquiries in an accurate, efficient and professional manner taking into account the Company's and the department's procedures, the customers specifications and to build effective relationships with customers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing of customer enquiries- operating a clearly defined process for receipting and processing these
- Issuing of Quotations to clients- highlighting these using appropriate and current pricing models
- Following up on Sales enquiries in a timely manner along with giving clients the highest levels of customer service
- Receipt all orders and ensure that all customer orders are reviewed to confirm compliance with the quotation and that all commitments are being achieved.
