Our high profile Aberdeen client has a position available for an Internal Sales/Buyer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to ensure an aligned approach to procurement across the group and be responsible for ensuring a positive and proactive approach to managing all aspects of client contracts.
Duties and responsibilities:
·Source and supply goods
·Achieve targets and negotiate discounts to enhance profit
·Seek new suppliers to enhance supply chain
·Ensure queries, customs paperwork etc is provided in a timely manner
·Assist with tender pricing to ensure market competitiveness
·Ensure systems are up to date at all times
·Develop customer relations with new and existing clients
