Our well established client based in Peterhead are currently looking to recruit an Administrator within their HR Department.

This is a temporary role for around 2 months. Applicants must have strong administrative skills and experience.

- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Responsible for the administrative co-ordination of training and competency
- Responsible for maintaining competency records - both paper based and electronic and supporting the overall operation of the Competency Management System (CMS)
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise HR systems – electronic and paper based.
- Always act with integrity when dealing with confidential information, documents and records
- Manage telephone calls and enquiries
- General admin duties i.e. typing; data input; filing; scanning; meeting minutes; and reports
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Start date - immediate
Hours : Mon - Thurs, 8am to 5pm,
Fri, 8am to 4pm
